Today is Rob's 30th birthday. Tonight he gets to pick the restaurant for his birthday dinner, gets Strawberry Shortcake for dessert (his request), and will get to open his birthday presents. Which he'd better like. (He's hard to shop for because he doesn't have a four page Amazon wishlist, like some people...) This weekend he gets a small birthday party with some family and friends, complete with BBQ, cake, and the beer of his choice. Spoiled kid. This morning, he left to catch the bus to work wearing jeans and a baseball cap. It must not be too awful to be 30.
